Probably one of the most popular choices amongst girls are Disney Princess Wall Murals, Anything from Belle, Snow White, Cinderella, Tinkerbell and the all new Repunzel from Tangled.
Again as they are so popular I tend to find that once a new film comes out - like Tangled - I get a lot of requests for canvases, probably because one that fad is over there is a new film just around the corner! Similar to when new super hero films come out!
